Return policy

RETURN A PURCHASE

You can request the return of an order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order. For Italy, the return is free of charge and at our expense, and it is carried out via express courier. For any other country, the return is at the customer's expense.

Funtasia Purchase Returns

Returns with size and/or color exchange for the Funtasia brand are at the customer's expense (€6.00 by booking the return with our DHL service or at the customer's expense with another service). Returns with a refund are not authorized for the Funtasia brand as it involves the sale of a product for charitable purposes.

Return Conditions

Before requesting a return, we ask you to read the following conditions and ensure you can comply with them.

Items must be intact, with all tags and/or warranty seals still attached, and complete with any accessories (e.g., dust bag) and/or special packaging. Incomplete, used, or damaged items cannot be accepted.

Footwear must be returned without signs of wear and in their undamaged original packaging as an integral part of the product.

Socks and swimwear must be returned with hygiene protective labels and in unopened packaging.

Swimwear must be tried on over your own underwear. We do not accept returns that have been worn or are dirty.

Items altered after purchase (e.g., alterations by a tailor) cannot be returned.

The return can only be shipped from the country where the order was delivered.

We reserve the right to reject unauthorized returns or those not in compliance with our return conditions. The merchandise will then be returned to the sender at the original shipping address. In the exceptionally rare case that we decide to accept a non-compliant return, we also reserve the right to withhold part of the refundable amount to cover any administrative and/or restocking costs for missing parts.

The first return is free. The customer can choose to use another delivery service; in this case, the costs will be borne by the customer, and we will not be responsible for any potential loss or damage to the item.
